Personal Training is for everyone, all ages and abilities, to improve your personal health. You can be trained in the privacy of your own home, at your leisure centre, health club, swimming pool or in the great outdoors. Emma Ruffle is a mobile personal trainer working in and around North Somerset, with access to a private studio facility in Winscombe, if required. There are various locations to choose from.
After your free initial consultation, when we discuss your goals, we will set a bespoke programme and plan of action to improve your personal fitness, which fits in to your lifestyle, within your budget, using my mobile fitness trainer services.
All Personal Training clients are given a fitness test where we take photographs, body weight, body measurements, blood pressure, resting heart rate, peak flow, body mass index and body composition. We measure progress every six to eight weeks.
The activities we use in Personal Training range from: walking, Nordic Walking, running, cycling, swimming, pads and gloves, trampett, skipping, stability training, free weights, medicine balls, exercise bands, hula-hoop, steps....... the list goes on.
In addition to exercise instruction, nutritional advice can also be given to aid weight loss/inch loss.
There are various payment options from Pay-As-You-Go to Block Bookings and Monthly Payment Plans. A quotation will be given during your consultation and will be pitched to match your requirements.

- Your one hour Personal Training appointment
- My travel expenses to your home or choice of location
- Provision of all the necessary fitness equipment
- Goal setting, programme design and fitness testing
- Nutritional advice with food diary analysis for weight loss/inch loss clients
